| Introduction |
Guru Nanak Dev Academy is located at Taran Taran. It is a co-education English medium school (Affiliated to C.B.S.E.) up to secondary levels.
The institution has been established by Baba Jiwan Singh Baba Dalip Singh Education Trust Regd. H.O. Tarn Taran founded by Baba Jagtar Singh ji. This Kar Sewa Mission was started by Baba Gurmukh Singh Baba Sadhu Singh ji.

| As the head of each house, a member of the staff acts as
a house-in-charge who, with the other members of that
house looks after the general progress of the pupils under
his / her supervision. House meetings are held on every
Saturday. The agenda for each meeting is carefully
chalked out one week before by the activity in charge
under the guidance of the Principal, which consists of
organization of various festivals, inter house competitions
like declamation contests, debates, essay writing, poem
recitation, painting, rangoli and sports, competitions etc.
